This empty PS plastic reel is intended for winding compatible carrier tape used in electronic component packaging. injection-molded PS construction and nominal diameter options of 7, 13 and 15 inches. The reel is supplied as a packaging accessory; The source product image shows one reference configuration rather than every listed size.
DIAMETER AND TAPE MATCHING
Select the reel diameter together with flange spacing, hub dimensions and the intended tape format. An outer diameter alone does not establish tape compatibility or winding capacity. Tape width, material thickness and pocket depth affect the space required between the flanges and the resulting wound package.
HUB AND EQUIPMENT INTERFACE
The center opening and surrounding hub features should match the intended handling or packaging equipment.
