The AcePlas conductive ESD tray is designed for the organized handling, transfer and packaging of printed circuit boards, electronic parts and mechanical components in static-sensitive production environments. Its 345 x 225 x 60mm format provides a practical open storage area while the raised perimeter helps keep parts contained during movement between assembly, inspection and packing stations.
Molded from black polypropylene, the tray is lightweight, reusable and suitable for routine industrial handling. Two surface-resistance configurations are available to match different static-control requirements: 103-105 ohm or 106-109 ohm. The simple open-top design supports fast loading and unloading, visual inspection and efficient use on workbenches, shelving and material carts.
